JCESC Education Consulting is a service designed to assist districts and schools reach their goals in school improvement status. This service begins with an assessment of the current environment. Our team will evaluate all areas and devise a plan to:
- Recalibrate operations expenses into education
- Maximize staff/procedure efficiency
- Maximize funding
- Facilitate school improvement process
- Facilitate school/district initiatives
Upon assessment completion, JCESC can also serve as consultants, customized to assist the staff as they create and implement solutions.

As part of the preliminary assessment, JCESC will collect data, complete an on-sight visit, and provide a written report and plan of action for the next phase. Districts can utilize Title I funding for this service.
