Registration Details: This is a two day workshop. June 19-20, 2019. Ms. Anastacia "Staci" M. Galloway Reed from Eagle Rock School & Professional Development Center will be the presenter. Participants at this workshops will explore the skills that leaders possess. During this workshop, participants will engage with a strength-based lens to examine their leadership skills and cultivate their own development plan. Using a variety of tools and processes participants will also create a project for the upcoming school year to push their leadership development and positively impact their work be it an administrator with their staff team or a classroom teacher with their students. Participants will leave the course with a skill development plan, a meaningful project for the upcoming school year, and a multitude of tools & process to support productivity & positive school culture. After the course a virtual PLC will be available to participants for continued support, coaching, and collaboration throughout the year. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to join a national leadership academy for additional development through virtual collaboration, support, and at least one physical touch point in Boston, Massachusetts.
